Mind of Her Own Therapy is an online Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy practice created by Lauren, supporting women with anxiety, overthinking, stress, phobias and confidence. Her approach combines psychotherapy, neuroscience and hypnosis, with a focus on helping clients move forward rather than repeatedly pulling apart the past.

For this Small Business Bundle, we created a warm, modern brand and one-page website that needed to make therapy feel approachable and reassuring without slipping into the very typical clinical wellness look. Soft pinks, apricot and warm earthy tones are paired with playful organic shapes and custom illustrations, giving the brand personality while still feeling calm and credible.

The goal: To build a brand and website that makes a potentially daunting first step feel much easier, while giving Lauren a professional online presence that explains what she does clearly, builds trust in her expertise and helps the right clients feel comfortable enough to reach out.
