We’re committed to delivering a service that feels effortless, empowering, and aligned with your business goals. Below is our clear, fair refund policy to protect both your investment and the time, energy, and creative work involved in every project.

Web Design Packages

All website packages require a non-refundable deposit to secure your project slot. This deposit covers time spent in admin, communication, planning, and pre-project preparation.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you choose to cancel your website package after paying the deposit but before the project begins, no refund will be issued for the deposit. If you have made any further payment beyond the deposit and once the project has begun, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances. If you choose to cancel the project after work has started, you will still be liable for the full agreed fee, regardless of how far the project has progressed. This protects the time, resources, and project slots allocated to your business.

Branding Packages / Small Biz Bundle / Signature Bundle

These packages are paid in full at the time of booking. Due to the intensive preparation and custom creative work involved, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full refunds are only available if requested more than 7 days before your project start date.

  • If you cancel within 7 days of the project start date, no refund will be issued.

  • Once the project has begun, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
    This includes if you choose not to complete the process or pause the project midway. Time, planning, and design work will already have been completed and cannot be undone or reallocated.

    We reserve the right to cancel a project under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • We don’t receive feedback or required content within a reasonable timeframe

    • Communication becomes inappropriate or abusive

    • You request scope changes beyond the agreed deliverables without additional payment

    In such cases:

    • If no work has begun, a full refund will be issued.

    • If work has started, no refund will be issued.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method only. Refunds can be requested by emailing hello@willocreativestudio.com

When confirming your booking, and due to projects typically starting within the 14-day cooling-off period. You acknowledge that this means you waive your statutory right to cancel and request a refund with 14 day cooling off period, under UK consumer law.
